Regular CrossFit Classes
This 60-minute class is intended for those with prior CrossFit experience. The class focuses on using proper technique while increasing the intensity of the workout. The class format will include a warm-up, skill/strength session, workout and cool-down. The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored and all movements can be scaled to make them harder or easier.
This 60-minute class is intended for those who are new to CrossFit, new to exercise, or who are looking to get back into working out again. The class emphasizes learning proper form for foundational movements. Similar format to the regular CrossFit class with a warm-up, skill/strength session, workout and cool-down. However, some movements will be scaled, e.g. the class may work on ring rows vs. pull-ups or hang power cleans vs. squat cleans. The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored. Anyone, including an experienced CrossFitter, is welcome to attend this class.
Team workouts are a great way to meet new people and enjoy some competitive fun in a friendly atmosphere. This 60-minute class will include a warm-up, a workout, and a cool-down. All movements can be scaled to make them easier or harder and the workouts are constantly varied so that you never get bored. Teams of 2, 3, 4 or 5 will be assigned at the beginning of the workout. Anyone is welcome to attend this class.
