I played soccer and football until I was fourteen, after which I fell in love with other sports and activities such as golf, rock climbing, and dance.

While I was first introduced to CrossFit in College, it was a couple years before I joined a gym (CrossFit Eixample) when I was living in Barcelona. I was doing a lot of climbing at the time and was looking to become more generally fit.

I love helping people make progress as athletes. I live for the breakthrough moments where a movement suddenly clicks for someone or when the hard work pays off for a new PR.

I like the gymnastics movements—pull-ups, muscle-ups, all the hand stand variations, etc.

I love coaching the gymnastics movements, but I also like coaching the snatch and the clean and jerk.
