What will my free trial class be like?
If it's your first time coming to class, we want you to feel welcome. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facility, ask what, if any, prior experience you have as well as if you have any injuries they should be aware of. The coach will give you an overview of what you can expect during class and help you get the right equipment set up at your station.
How often do you recommend I come to class?
If you are brand new to exercise, we recommend coming twice a week and purchasing the 9 classes per month membership. If you have been working out consistently prior to joining, then we recommend coming at least three times a week and purchasing the Unlimited Membership, which also gives you access to Open Gym sessions. Unless you have prior CrossFit Experience, we do not recommend signing up for the punchcard since that would only allow you to come to class once a week.
Do I need to get fit before starting CrossFit?
NO! One of the things that makes us so unique is our diverse community of members with varying ability levels. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts are designed for anyone to do them. The workouts are constantly varied so you never get bored and all movements can be modified to make them harder or easier.
