This program is for beginngers and includes four private or semi-private 45-minute training sessions. These sessions teach you the foundational CrossFit movments in a fun, safe and efficient manner and each session includes a short but intense workout. Training sessions will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you and the coach.
- $195 per person for four 45-minute sessions one-on-one with a coach
