Personal training is a great option for those who would like to spend extra time working on a particular skill or movement, or if you prefer more individual attention. One-on-one appointments as well as two-on-one sessions can be scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes.  

  • $220 for a 4-pack of 45-minute sessions one-on-one with a coach 
  • $300 for a 4-pack of 60-minute sessions one-on-one with a coach
